Zhong Jinghua, the Director of the Electrical Design Committee of the Beijing CivilEngineering and Architecture Society, delivered the opening remarks. Heextended a warm welcome to all the attendees and highly praised the positivesignificance of this conference for the development of the industry.

Wu Jiming, the Executive Deputy Secretary-General of the Beijing Civil Engineering and Architecture Society, delivered a speech. He briefly reviewed the society's work over the past year, summarizing the achievements made in actively promoting national and international exchanges, implementing sustainable and green development concepts, as well as in standard-setting, exhibition collaborations, and cross-sector cooperation. Wu Jiming highly commended the Electrical Design Committee for its contributions to promoting academic exchanges and industry development. He noted that, with its stable operations and high academic standards, the committee has become a significant force driving the industry's progress. Over the past 45 years, the Electrical Design Committee has consistently organized academic activities, demonstrating a spirit of long-term commitment. This stability and reliability are not only core elements of electrical design but also form a solid foundation for the development of both society and industry.
He pointed out that focusing this exchange on power support systems holds strong symbolic significance. Just as reliable operation of equipment requires robust support, the work of the society similarly relies on external backing and the dependable integration of interdisciplinary efforts. These factors serve as powerful drivers propelling society forward. Wu Jiming expressed his heartfelt gratitude to all the institutions and individuals who have long supported society’s work. He emphasized that it is through their assistance that society can steadily advance on its path towards achieving stability and reliability.
Currently, the industry is undergoing rapid changes, facing new trends and challenges. However, the continuous pursuit of higher-quality design and the quest for the optimal balance between stability and performance remain key to industry development. On this foundation, greening, intelligence, and multi-disciplinary collaboration will become new directions for development. The Electrical Design Committee is highly anticipated keeping pace with the times, continuously exploring and innovating.

Atilla, the General Manager of AKSA Powergen Asia Pacific, expressed in his speech that AKSA has accumulated over 40 years of professional knowledge and experience in the power technology industry, as well as remarkable achievements in the international market. Looking ahead to the future, AKSA will focus on the domestic market, committed to establishing deep cooperative relationships with domestic enterprises and institutions, jointly promoting the progress and development of the industry, and striving to write a new brilliant chapter in the domestic market.

Speech sharing on cutting-edge industry technologies

As an important part of the conference, Mr. Zhong Jinghua, Chairman of the Electrical Design Committee of the Beijing Society of Civil Engineering and Architecture, Director of the Beijing Electrical Design Technology Cooperation and Information Exchange Network, National Standard Compiler of Data Centers, and Special Allowance Expert of the State Council, gave a presentation on the theme of "Application of Standby Power in Data Centers". Mr. Zhong elaborated on the application architecture of backup power supply in detail. Three power supply systems were introduced: 2N system, DR system (distributed redundancy), and RR system (backup redundancy).
The 2N system has high reliability and supplies power to IT equipment through dual power sources, with a load rate of no more than 50% per power source. It is suitable for high reliability scenarios such as the financial industry, but with high equipment investment.
The DR system acts as a backup for each other in a "hand in hand" manner, increasing the load rate to 66%, but with slightly lower fault tolerance.
The RR system shares a set of backup power sources, with a theoretical load rate of up to 100%, but requires higher performance and busbar design for the backup power sources.
In addition, the importance of generator performance levels (G1, G2, G3, G4) and power modes (COP, PRP, LTP, ESP) was emphasized.
Mr. Zhong also demonstrated the strategic position of standby power in the future intelligent computing field by combining the development of artificial intelligence with the increasing demand for diesel generators. He pointed out that the selection of diesel engines in data centers should be based on international standards and the needs of application scenarios and called on the industry to pay more attention to technological optimization and economic balance.

Mr. Huseyin, AKSA Powergen China Domestic Sales Director, gave a detailed introduction to AKSA Group's development history and business layout at the conference.
Founded in 1960 and headquartered in Türkiye, AKSA is a multinational group covering power generation, energy, natural gas, electricity, agriculture, and tourism and other fields, with an annual turnover of more than 6.5 billion dollars and more than 12,000 employees worldwide. The group has four production bases and over 100 sales and service centers worldwide, with business coverage in 178 countries.
In the field of generator sets, AKSA is the leader of Türkiye market, ranking top five in global market share. The company has strong R&D capabilities, with the R&D team of over 50 people and more than 80 national patents. Mr. Huseyin specifically introduced AKSA's production base in Changzhou, Jiangsu, China. The base is one of the largest generator production bases in the world, with an annual production capacity of over 24,000 units and equipped with world-class production facilities. Its testing capacity reaches 25MW, providing high-quality products and services for the Chinese and Asia Pacific markets. He also shared AKSA's successful experience in major domestic and international projects such as Istanbul Airport and China Data Center, demonstrating the company's leading position and outstanding strength in the global energy field.

Ian Shui, the AE Manager presented AKSA's solutions in his speech. His presentation covered three main areas: technical capabilities, cross-disciplinary collaboration, and the product system. He first detailed AKSA's service capabilities throughout the entire project lifecycle, which include product selection, design and development, production testing, and after-sales service. AKSA utilizes professional software to accurately calculate the appropriate diesel generator sets based on different load types and application scenarios of users. They provide detailed technical reports, covering critical calculations such as exhaust system design, power matching, and power adjustments for high-altitude and high-temperature conditions.

Ian also emphasized the importance of AKSA's close collaboration with design institutes, particularly in areas such as air intake and exhaust system design for equipment rooms, platform load-bearing design, and seismic isolation solutions. AKSA provides comprehensive technical support to ensure the stable operation of equipment. He showcased the company's robust production and testing capabilities, which include durability, high-temperature, noise, and vibration tests.
